  • Labor Hours: 40 hours/month

  • Rollover: 15 hours to next month

  • Preventive Maintenance: Monthly visit for all services

  • Emergency Visits: 6/month

  • High Priority Booking: Same-day or next-day service slots

βœ… General Terms
  • Plans are valid for 30 days from the date of subscription.

  • Services are available within Islamabad & Rawalpindi only.

  • Labor hours apply only to included services. Extra services will be billed separately.

  • Packages are designed for residential properties, schools, clinics, and officesβ€”not for industrial or construction sites.

  • Standard service timing: 10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • Emergency visits are available 7 days a week for power, plumbing, or AC failures.

  • Same-day service applies to Elite members only; others will be scheduled per availability.

⏱️ Labor Hours Usage
  • Each job is billed on the basis of actual time consumed.
  • If a technician is required for material purchase, time spent is also counted in labor hours.

  • Labor hours do not include the cost of parts or materials.

  • Unused labor hours will automatically roll over to the next month as per your plan.

  • Rollover hours are valid only for the next billing cycle and cannot accumulate further.

  • Emergency visits cover urgent issues like water leaks, short circuits, or no AC cooling.

  • Any non-emergency request during off-hours may be billed separately.

πŸ’° Payments & Renewals
  • Plans are prepaid monthly and renewable every 30 days.

  • You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes will take effect from the next cycle.

  • No refunds on unused hours or missed visits.

⚠️ What’s Not Included
  • Material/parts cost is not included in the plan.
  • Major renovation, construction work, or external cleaning (e.g., water tank, exterior walls) is not covered.

  • Roof treatment, interior design, and waterproofing are excluded.
